Advance Monthly Payment
Monthly payment must be made in advance. All rates are fixed and non-negotiable to ensure uninterrupted service.

Card Activation & Refund Policy
No refunds are given once the card is activated. Please make sure of your subscription plan before activation.

Card Validity
The meal card is valid for 35 days from the date of activation, giving you flexibility for occasional skipped days.

Meal Cancellation Notice
If you do not want the tiffin on any day, you must inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Tiffin Box Responsibility
If the tiffin box is lost or damaged while in your possession, you will have to pay a penalty charge of ₹150.
